At Golden Bags, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Items that are damaged due to misuse, or that show signs of wear, will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
