At Golden Bags, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read the information below to understand our shipping options and delivery timeframes.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned as we continue to expand our delivery options.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel directly through the carrier’s website. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If there is no update or you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us and we will investigate the matter promptly.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Golden Bags is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
